Connecting to Our Bodies and Hearts (30 minutes)

Joanna will guide you through the soothing practice of Yoga Nidra—a gentle meditation that's like a cozy hug for your soul. It's a chance to slow down, breathe deep, and really feel what's going on inside. She will play various instruments to make this experience even more profound and relaxing.

Crafting with Clay (2 hours)

Now, it's time for the creative part—clay crafting! We will be making beautiful candle holders with a special coffee infused twist! No worries if you're new to working with clay; Daniela will show you the ropes. This activity is designed for all skill levels, focusing on the enjoyment of creation rather than perfection.
